What is MOSADAQA Service?

Mosadaqa is an e-service launched by the Saudi government to facilitate document attestation and verification for individuals who wish to work or study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Why is MOSADAQA Attestation Necessary?

Mosadaqa Attestation and Verification is necessary for the following reasons:

1. To be eligible to work or study in KSA
2. The attestation of your documents confirms that they are original and issued by a recognized institution.
3. The MOSADAQA Attestation and Verification is done only for educational documents such as Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree etc.
4. Moreover, the Saudi embassy will only attest the documents if they have been attested from Mosadaqa.

What documents are required for Mosadaqa Attestation?

The following documents are required for attestation and verification of the educational documents from Mosadaqa:

1. Original Degree duly attested from HEC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
2. Original Marksheet or Transcript
3. Original paid fee slip received in email for degree verification from Saudi Culture Mission
4. Saudi Culture is verifying your degrees from university via Email. So, you need to submit the verification fee in university and need to attach the Voucher / Bank Challan / Receipt with the above documents.
5. Saudi culture will send email to your university after few days then we will inform you. You need to check from your university regarding Email reply.
6. As per new rule if applicant wants to Attest Master’s Degree than he must needs to apply bachelor’s first then Saudi culture will verify your Master’s degree.
7. Copy of Passport
8. Copy of CNIC
9. Copy of Job Offer Letter attested from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia
10. Copy of Marriage Certificate for married females

Please note:
If you want to attest your Master’s degree from Mosadaqa, you will first need to attest your Bachelor’s degree.

All the documents (Degree, Passport, Job Offer Letter) mentioned above should contain the same name.

Degrees that have been acquired through online / distance / private / external / overseas learning modules will not be attested by the Saudi Cultural Attache. Only degrees attained by “Regular” students will be eligible for attestation.
