Good News for Saudi Arabia visitors. Foreign Ministry of Saudi Arabia has introduced Electronic Visa (e-visa) services for multiple countries including Pakistan.
The announcement was officially made by Saudi General Aviation Authority. The new system will be automated with an advanced e-visa issuing process including QR Codes.

Countries where e-visa service has started by Saudi Mission are twelve which include – Pakistan, Türkiye, Morocco, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Egypt.
This step by Saudi Arabia is a part of its on-going efforts to streamline visa processes to attract foreign visitors to promote tourism and improve the quality of service.

The authorities are also considering updating the process of visa applications for work, residency and visit visa.
