Procedure
- Contract letter/Job Offer letter which will be issued by respective company to candidate duly Attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Saudi Foreign Office. (Contract Letter Sample)
- Contract letter/Job offer letter should not be older than one year.
- Date of correspondence should be mentioned on contract letter.
- Request letter/Reference letter from Company Addressing Saudi Culture Mission attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce. (Request Letter Sample)
- Contract letter/Job offer letter should not be older than one year.
- Date correspondence should be mentioned on request letter.
- Degree should be prior attested by HEC & Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
- A letter from university addressing that candidate was a regular student during his course attested by Foreign Office of Pakistan. (Regular Student Letter Sample)
- Degree Attestation of Female candidates who are married, original Nikahnama is required.
- Original Passport for the new appointment.
- For Iqama holders, candidate is required to send courier to Saudi Culture Mission containing ID Card (Copy), Passport (Copy), Iqama (Copy) which should be duly Stamped by their respective company.
